Shoe Service, Repairs, and Dye Work

Vanek's will require advance payment for all shoe repair.

Shoe service estimated time of completion is after 3 o'clock on the day suggested.

Dye work is not guaranteed or refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or in-store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been worn, soiled, stretched or damaged. Returns must be in re-saleable condition including the original Boot box they were delivered in. All items being returned are at the customers' expense. Do not place a label or write directly on Boot box. Note that when you stretch boots or shoes it is at your own risk, as the natural uneven nature of leather will occasionally cause tears that can not be predicted. Stretching to a certain size is not guaranteed, and/or may require multiple stretches.

SALE MERCHANDISE IS NEITHER RETURNABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE.
If you are exchanging, we will ship the new item again for FREE. (We limit our free exchange policy to two exchanges.)

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
All unworn and defective returns must be mailed back to the address below. Failure to follow these instructions will delay the exchange and refund process.

Shipping & Handling

If you have ordered more than one item it is probable that you will be receiving multiple shipments and receiving them at different times.

We will be using our inventory as well as our vendors to fill web orders. Most of our vendors will drop ship the item to you. When you receive your item(s) you may find a packing slip created by our vendor. Our vendor will not include our exchange or return information. It is important to follow our return policy. This will ensure a prompt exchange or credit.
